The Back 40

A week or so ago, I took MaMa to the park just down the street from our house. There was a big tractor there that a young boy had ridden to the park, but now he was off watching somebody who was flying a cop-cop [a remote control helicopter]. The boy's mom said I could have a go [Britspeak for 'have a turn, try something out'] on the tractor, so I did. Boy, was that fun! Since I still can't reach the peddles yet, MaMa pushed me around for a long time! I kept shifting the gearshift, braking, and turning the wheel so we would go in circles. Round round! Round round! Just like a farmer plowing [Br.Eng: ploughing] his Back 40! I think I'm ready to start doing some chores and help with the harvest somewhere. Anyone need some help on their farm this summer?
